XC Terms
Neither the owners, nor Deep Mill Farm, nor any employee nor any person acting on their behalf, accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators or any other persons or cars and contents or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
It is compulsory that all riders wear hats/helmets up to the current safety standard (3.point harness PAS 015, BSEN 1384, ASTM1163/SEI). It is also strongly recommended that all riders wear body protectors.
All bookings for the cross country course must be agreed either by phone or at reception of Deep Mill farm.
Jumping cannot take place unaccompanied.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please report any accidents, however minor.
Please report any defects or problems with the jumps.
Horseboxes are not to be mucked out on site.
any debris from your time on the farm (i.e. picking out hoofs) must be cleared away.We reserve the right to close the course for any reason.
On arrival all riders must report to deep mill reception.
No smoking anywhere on the farm.
ALL GATES MUST BE CLOSED.
Please Note:
Deep Mill Farm has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of horse and rider – to be effective, you must also take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring.
We strongly advise you to carry a mobile phone whilst out riding in the park.
We reserve the right to remove someone from the course if we consider they are riding dangerously.
